We offer non-judgmental, supportive, compassionate therapy to youth. Whatever you’re going through, we’re here to help. Family conflict, anxiety, school, relationships, transitions, disordered eating…anything that causes stress, can make life hard. Counselling can help you make sense of what you’re going through, learn strategies to cope, and help you feel better. We offer counselling by phone, video or in person.
